SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER

Tis the season to get hitched...

October is such a perfect month to attend a wedding. Weather is exceptional! Not too hot, but not too cold. I'm NOT obsessed with October because of all the pumpkin spice rage, I love it because you're no longer sweating balls in the heat or your not freezing you're nipples off in the cold. And as always to tie fashion in, you can literally wear whatever the hell you want and not have to worry about weather conditions.

A huge congrats to my cousin on her marriage! Both the bride and groom looked stunning! Everything was so perfect from the romantic venue to the delicious In-N-Out truck and last but not least getting boogie to some good ole fashion songs. Lets take a moment to realize I said they had an In-N-Out truck at the wedding. I must say it was a way better option than checking off chicken, steak or fish on the RSVP card (besides almost throwing it up after dropping it like it's hot on the dance floor Haha!)

My dress, shoes and hair...
Totally made me travel back to the 70's to boogie the night away with John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever. If you don't know the movie Saturday Night Fever, then don't even bother scrolling through my pictures. Do me a favor and Google it first...

Cheers to weddings, alcohol and good music!

You won't be disappointed ;)
At first I was going to wear red lipstick, but then I got a second opinion and I toned it down with a mauve color. Ladies, it's always nice to get a second opinion even if it's for something small. Sometimes seeing it from a different view helps. This lipstick is from COLOURPOP and it's their ultra matte lip stain in Tulle. It's a perfect shade to complete any outfit!

Totally a goofy picture, but this is when we got the alter all to ourselves. Ummm... mini photo shoot time!

Not entirely sure what we were doing but we may have been practicing 1 of 2 things. Our surprised looks when we are eventually proposed to or a terrified look from seeing one of those damn clowns that seem to be popping out everywhere. Either scenario works for me Haha!

Hers may be better though! Haha

This dress though... It fell into my hands as I was wasting time before an eye appointment. I had tried a few dresses on, but no luck. Then as I was walking out it called out to me. I tried it on and the next thing I remember was swiping my card Haha!

Everything about this dress made me feel FABULOUS! From the short sexy length to the off the shoulders and last but not least the oversize sleeves.

Wedding tip ladies: Stash a flask in your clutch! no matter the size of your purse, they have that size flask. I was able to fit a good size one in my small gold clutch and still able to carry all my necessities. Men aren't the only ones allowed to carry one... You never know what they are serving at the wedding, so be prepared with your own yummy goodness. Sip, sip! ;)

Let's also take a moment of silence for my groovy shoes... LOVE! I got these bad boys from JUSTFAB as my first purchase for $15! They always have such great deals! It's total shoe porn.

I must say my cousins tie was more on point than my entire outfit that night. Correction, overall he in general was more on point than me Haha! From his clean cut hair style to his Iron Man cuff links and of course that tie! What a tie! It's called an Eldredge knot. I watched a YouTube video on how to tie it and it seems easily doable even though it looks so intricate. Tou che cousin, tou che :) You looked handsome!
